What Happens After The 6 Weeks?

Fear Not, I’m not ditching you after 6 weeks! I’ll still be going on my fitness journey and I’d like you to come along because life is more fun with friends.

Two things:

1) I structured Plus Fit, so you can revisit the 6 week program, whenever you want. You can repeat the program immediately and challenge yourself by using heavier weights and picking up the pace in the cardio workouts. And of course, you have access to the program forever (well, as long as technology holds it together), so you come back to Plus Fit at any point in the future when you need to.

2) Once you’re ready to move on from the Beginner’s program, you can move into the monthly ‘Soar Fit Membership’. YAY!

Now, I’m currently putting together a long term monthly fitness program.

There won’t be any compulsory membership durations.  You can come and go each month. as you like.

It will be a little different from the beginner’s workout format, however as a member of Plus Fit once I’ve got everything laid out, I’ll take you through everything and more than likely, you’ll get a opportunity to try it out as a free bonus anyway…because you know, we’re fitness buddies.

Our fitness journey is going to be EXCITING!!
