Using The 3 Step System

If it’s been a long time since you’ve exercised, this is the place for you to start and build your fitness because we’re going to use a simple 3 step process.

Self Paced Videos

Getting fit with a video based program puts you in charge. You can increase and decrease your intensity, as you feel. Allowing you to exercise at a comfortable and doable pace, which suits you.

Strength Training

Everyone knows that feeling creaky feeling in our bones and joints. The sign of age! By including simple strength training exercises, we’re giving our bodies’ a solid foundation for our advancing years.

Cardio

Who doesn’t want a healthy heart and to be able to walk up a set of stairs or a hill without gasphing for air? A little bit of cardio goes a long way. And you’ll be pleased to know…you don’t have to do 1 burpee. This is a #burpeefreezone.

Hi, I’m Marty and I’m just like you. I understand first hand what it’s like being plus sized. Being stressed out at work, and trying to work on getting fit and losing weight. I get it and that’s why I decided to make a program that would suit women, just like you and me.
